“Take out the T”. Make it I can and not I can’t! Limiting-beliefs, don’t let them stop you!


Limiting beliefs constrain us in some way.

They are normally about ourselves and self-identify.

Beliefs can also be about others and the world in general.

A great idea is to look at strategies that allow you to question your limiting beliefs and allow you to then move forward with what you want without anything stopping you.

And then ” I can’t” turns into “I can!”
